$44 is a little on the pricy side I know, but after printing/shipping cost I only make about $15. -If you decide to buy though, and want another print as well, let me know which one you want posted. Otherwise, I’ll most likely just post as people ask for them.
and here we have the differences between women’s and boy’s/men’s tshirts
Am I supposed to be mad about the price, or the insinuation that I, as a woman, need to be saved, but a man needs to be the hero?
Excuse me, but you DO realize the BOYS shirt cost less because it’s for KIDS, and the WOMANS shirt cost more because it’s for ADULTS. Right?
Also if you actually look at Marvels tee shirt store you’ll realize the price of ALL shirts (men-woman-girls and boys) all fluctuates, and appears to be based on nothing more than the amount of ink used on the graphic. Take this men’s tee that’s listed for $26.99 for example.
And this women’s (female superhero) tee:
listed for $21.99 (that’s less than the one for the man, for those of you too lazy to count, like people too lazy to check the facts, before demonizing Marvel).
I will rest my case at the have tees for women as low $9.00 and as high as $56.99, for men’s from $9.00 to $54.99 (big freaking 2 dollar difference deal - the most expensive female shirt is FAR more awesome, than the men’s most expensive if you want an explanation for that, go see for yourself).
Now as far as there being the "I need a hero" tee for chicks. Well that’s old news, but the new, news is that crap is changing. Pretty fast too recently. I mean we have a lot of rising female heroes such as Lady Thor, and Black Widow. On top of that there is a pretty nice sized array of female superhero tees for the woman department. In short? Do your reach before you bandwagon.
And while there generally IS a difference in how men vs woman are treated around the globe, we can use REAL issues to show that. We don’t need to compare “boys” clothing, to “woman’s” clothing, and we certainly don’t need to hate on Marvel, who is making some very bold and positive changes.
Found someone had posted this on Daily Motion a while back, and though I’d share the link for other Hiddlestoners (there are probably a few of you who didn’t get to go to the theaters like I did so yeah, reblog for the masses ;). -OH btw start with the “Part 1” link, the video I have posted here is part 10(used it because it has Tom on the thumbnail, but yeah you’ll spoil it for yourself lol).
